Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer partnering onsite with a major regional enterprise client in Engineering and Construction.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions and autonomous agent workflows.
- Identify and prioritize valuable AI use cases with client stakeholders; rapidly prototype, test, and productionize solutions.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce, enterprise data layers, and external systems.
- Translate operational and engineering challenges into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Advise on platform architecture, security, governance, and enterprise AI adoption.
- Lead technical workshops, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and working sessions with client teams.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, developers, and business stakeholders throughout delivery and rollout.
Candidate profile
- Strong hands-on engineering background across the core Salesforce platform, with practical experience in Agentforce, Einstein AI, or broader Salesforce AI capabilities.
- Understanding of Apex, Flow, APIs, integration patterns, and enterprise Salesforce data architecture.
- Prior experience delivering technology solutions within the Engineering and Construction sector.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills; able to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving project environments.
- Collaborative and pragmatic approach to turning business-unit operational problems into working tools.
Compensation and contract
- Contract role with remuneration of AED 30,000–35,000 per month.
Workplace
- Onsite in Abu Dhabi five days per week.
