Responsibilities
- Define smart-city monetization strategy, revenue models, and commercial frameworks.
- Estimate costs and structure budgets.
- Develop procurement strategy for MSI, Lead MIS, and SI.
- Prepare RFPs, SOWs, BOQs, tender packages, and evaluation criteria.
- Develop government and vendor partnership strategies and agreements.
- Develop commercial models and benchmarking.
- Transmit knowledge to colleagues.
