Google Gemini Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

Role overview

Work you'll do

• Manage day-to-day interactions with senior clients and sponsors.
• Manage and deliver client engagement components that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions.
• Lead activities spanning business requirements, functional and process design, scenario design, process-flow mapping, user stories, prototyping, and testing.
• Oversee data migration, cutover preparation and execution, training, and support-procedure definition.
• Develop relationships with key client decision makers, organize pursuit teams, contribute to proposals, and help define proposal scope and pricing.
• Coach staff, guide staffing, participate in recruitment and retention, and support local delivery teams.
• Advise clients on Google Gemini service best practices, ensure project quality, and identify sales opportunities at existing clients.

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of consulting or industry experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end delivery with GCP Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX).
• At least 2 years of end-to-end delivery experience with GECX Self-service with Conversational Agents (formerly Dialogflow CX), GECX Agent Assist or GECX Quality AI, Conversational Insights, and BigQuery and Looker for contact center performance analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA).
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on assignments and clients.

Preferred qualifications

• A master’s or advanced degree in the area of specialization is preferred.
• Experience with Five9 or Genesys is preferred.
• Experience with a consulting business development quota and leading pursuits end-to-end is preferred.
• Candidates should be able to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively, manage priorities and deadlines, maintain quality, build professional relationships, lead projects, and mentor others.

Compensation

• The stated wage range estimate is $110,700–$218,300; geographic differentials may apply.
• The role may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive, subject to program rules and performance factors.
