As we scale our in-house trading desk, we are seeking talented and motivated graduates who are ready to build a serious career in financial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live markets and execute trades on MT5.
- Support strategy development and back-testing.
- Analyze technical & fundamental data (XAUUSD, FX)
- Maintain trade logs, P&L reports & risk summaries.
- Assist in managing hedge and multi-account structures.
- Collaborate with IB and operations teams.
- Contribute to daily market commentary and research.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related.
- Strong understanding of forex & commodities markets.
- Familiarity with MT4/MT5 or similar platforms.
- Analytical mindset; confident with charts & data.
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical ability.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice To Have
- Prior experience with live or demo trading accounts.
- Knowledge of hedging strategies and risk management frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python or Excel for trade analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of swap rates, spreads and broker rebate structures.
- CFA, CMT or equivalent qualification (in progress or completed)
