The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-calibre sales professional — ideally an Introducing Broker with an existing book of clients — who is ready to grow with us.

You will bring your network; we will provide the platform, the support, and a compensation structure that rewards performance from day one.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years sales experience in Forex, CFD or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of Forex, CFD, Futures, Equities or Options.
  • Hands-on experience with MT4 and/or MT5.
  • Existing book of MMs, traders or retail clients — an advantage.
  • Able to thrive independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office

What You'Ll Do

  • Grow a book of retail and institutional clients across local and international markets.
  • Onboard and manage relationships with Money Managers and introducing brokers.
  • Sell a broad range of financial products including Forex, CFDs, Futures and Equities.
  • Manage the full client lifecycle — from initial contact through to active trading and retention.
  • Stay ahead of market activity, competitor offerings and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the team, share best practices, and represent XALP's values in every interaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established network and relationships within the global Forex / CFD industry.
  • Knowledge of both traditional and contemporary B2B sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with MT5 or other institutional trading platforms.
  • Fluency in a second language.
  • Strong understanding of macroeconomic trends and financial markets.
