The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-calibre sales professional — ideally an Introducing Broker with an existing book of clients — who is ready to grow with us.
You will bring your network; we will provide the platform, the support, and a compensation structure that rewards performance from day one.

Compensation
- Fixed salary.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years sales experience in Forex, CFD or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Forex, CFD, Futures, Equities or Options.
- Hands-on experience with MT4 and/or MT5.
- Existing book of MMs, traders or retail clients — an advantage.
- Able to thrive independently and within a team.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
What You'Ll Do
- Grow a book of retail and institutional clients across local and international markets.
- Onboard and manage relationships with Money Managers and introducing brokers.
- Sell a broad range of financial products including Forex, CFDs, Futures and Equities.
- Manage the full client lifecycle — from initial contact through to active trading and retention.
- Stay ahead of market activity, competitor offerings and industry developments.
- Collaborate with the team, share best practices, and represent XALP's values in every interaction
Preferred Qualifications
- Established network and relationships within the global Forex / CFD industry.
- Knowledge of both traditional and contemporary B2B sales strategies.
- Familiarity with MT5 or other institutional trading platforms.
- Fluency in a second language.
- Strong understanding of macroeconomic trends and financial markets.
