Develop and manage strategic partnerships with government entities and public-sector stakeholders for the logistics business.
Position the company for national logistics initiatives, public-sector opportunities, regulatory collaboration, and long-term growth aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
ALJ Logistics works in freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, customs coordination, and cross-border logistics.
Government partnerships
- Define and execute the government partnership strategy and stakeholder engagement plan.
- Identify public-sector opportunities, programs, tenders, concessions, and partnership models aligned with company capabilities.
- Lead relationships with ministries, authorities, regulators, and government-owned organizations.
- Provide leadership with updates on stakeholder priorities, opportunity pipelines, risks, and decisions required.
Coordination and governance
- Align Legal, Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Corporate Affairs on partnership requirements and commitments.
- Coordinate compliant proposals, business cases, memoranda of understanding, and partnership agreements.
- Monitor regulations, national programs, and sector developments and translate them into business implications and actions.
- Maintain governance, transparency, and proper documentation for government engagements and commitments.
- Develop public-private partnership concepts and national logistics solutions with measurable economic and service value.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience, including at least five years in government partnerships, public-sector business development, or government relations.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Certification in Government Relations, Public-Private Partnership, Project Management, or Negotiation is preferred.
