Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions and manage visa application files efficiently
• Manage end-to-end visa processing, including initial guidance, application assistance, documentation, file creation, and coordination with embassies/couriers
• Process and manage **US, UK, and Schengen visa applications** independently
• Provide exceptional customer service and keep clients updated regarding visa application status and progress
• Maintain monthly reports for the Visa Department and ensure accurate client records
• Identify and resolve application discrepancies/errors while maintaining strong client relationships
• Respond to customer calls and emails related to visa applications and documentation
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with consulates, embassies, and VFS staff
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve **zero-error processing** and support business growth
• Stay updated on visa regulations, embassy updates, industry news, and communicate changes to clients promptly
• Maintain accurate information in the online visa database system
• Build rapport with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth resolution of issues
• Collect regular client feedback to improve service quality
• Monitor embassy and consulate websites for updates in visa rules, documentation requirements, and fee structures

Candidate Requirements

• **2–5 years of experience** in visa processing within a Travel Agency or Travel BPO environment
• Mandatory experience in handling **US, UK, and Schengen visa processing**
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Good knowledge of visa documentation, embassy procedures, and VFS operations
• Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and visa management systems preferred
• Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
