๐งพ Guide clients with visa requirements - Assist clients in visa regulations for various countries.
๐ฌ Communicate professionally - Engage with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
๐๏ธ Collect and process documents - Handle client documentation accurately.
๐ฏ Meet or exceed monthly sales targets -
*Promoting visa-related services to achieve sales goals.*
๐ Maintain up-to-date knowledge -
*Staying current on visa requirements, policies, and procedures.*
๐ค Build and maintain strong client relationships -
*Fostering loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.*
๐๏ธ Accurately record sales and client data -
*Logging interactions and service details for tracking.*
๐ Assist in preparing visa documents -
*Helping with timely and correct submission of paperwork.*
๐ Verify document authenticity - Check client-submitted documents with visa standards.
๐ Manage appointment scheduling - Coordinate embassy appointments, interviews.
๐งพ Quotations and service proposals - Provide clients with accurate pricing and visa package details.
๐งญ Requirements:
๐ Fluent in Arabic & English - Spoken and written proficiency required.
๐ง Knowledge of Visa Procedures - Experience with Schengen, UK, USA, and other visa categories.
๐ฑ Communication & CRM Skills - Familiarity with client management tools is a plus.
๐ผ Visa Sales Experience - Previous experience in selling visa services is an advantage.
๐ค Customer-Focused Mindset - High attention to detail and service quality.
โ๏ธ Strong Interpersonal Skills - Excellent verbal, written, and relationship-building skills.
๐ง Sales-Oriented Attitude - Goal-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
โ Ability to manage time effectively - Prioritize tasks and handle multiple client cases efficiently.
