🧾 Guide clients with visa requirements - Assist clients in visa regulations for various countries.

💬 Communicate professionally - Engage with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email.

🗂️ Collect and process documents - Handle client documentation accurately.

🎯 Meet or exceed monthly sales targets - Promoting visa-related services to achieve sales goals.

📚 Maintain up-to-date knowledge - Staying current on visa requirements, policies, and procedures.

🤝 Build and maintain strong client relationships - Fostering loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.

🗂️ Accurately record sales and client data - Logging interactions and service details for tracking.

📝 Assist in preparing visa documents - Helping with timely and correct submission of paperwork.

🔍 Verify document authenticity - Check client-submitted documents with visa standards.

📆 Manage appointment scheduling - Coordinate embassy appointments, interviews.

🧾 Quotations and service proposals - Provide clients with accurate pricing and visa package details.

🧭 Requirements:

🌐 Fluent in Arabic & English - Spoken and written proficiency required.

🧠 Knowledge of Visa Procedures - Experience with Schengen, UK, USA, and other visa categories.

📱 Communication & CRM Skills - Familiarity with client management tools is a plus.

💼 Visa Sales Experience - Previous experience in selling visa services is an advantage.

🤝 Customer-Focused Mindset - High attention to detail and service quality.

✔️ Strong Interpersonal Skills - Excellent verbal, written, and relationship-building skills.
