Supply Chain Manager - Global Operations (Dubai, UAE)

We’re hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end global operations for a fast-growing, international business in the F&B space.

Based in Dubai, this role will take ownership of global supply planning, supplier partnerships, outsourced manufacturing, and international logistics supporting multiple markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own global supply planning across multiple international markets
• Translate demand forecasts into production and procurement plans
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and outsourced manufacturing
• Oversee international logistics, trade compliance, and distribution
• Drive inventory optimisation and working capital efficiency
• Support the implementation of a global S&OP process
• Partner cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and operations teams

What we’re looking for:

• 7-10+ years in global supply chain (FMCG, ingredients, or beverages preferred)
• Strong experience with outsourced manufacturing and supplier management
• Solid understanding of international logistics and trade compliance
• Experience with S&OP processes and demand planning
• Analytical mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
