Role Description

Strategic Supply Chain Leadership /

• 战略供应链领导力
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations from supplier to final import destination while acting as the functional head of logistics and import coordination, and developing strategic initiatives to ensure timely product availability across markets.
• 负责从供应商到最终进口目的地的端到端供应链运营，同时担任物流和进口协调职能负责人，并制定战略举措，以确保产品在各个市场及时供应。
• Supplier & Sourcing Coordination (China & India) /
• 供应商及采购协调（中国和印度)
• Coordinate orders, production planning, and quality control with supply offices while overseeing QC teams and ensuring adherence to agreed standards, specifications, packaging, labeling, port instructions, and documentation.
• 与供应部门协调订单、生产计划和质量控制，同时监督质量控制团队，确保遵守约定的标准、规格、包装、标签、港口说明和文件。

Dubai Operations Control /

• 迪拜运营控制
• Supervise the Dubai-based supply team while ensuring accurate and timely order processing, validating shipping instructions, specifications, and documentation prior to dispatch, and monitoring container planning and shipment scheduling.
• 监督迪拜的供应团队，同时确保订单处理准确及时，在发货前验证运输说明、规格和文件，并监控集装箱计划和运输安排。

Import & Clearing Coordination (Africa Markets) /

• 进口清关协调（非洲市场）
• Coordinate with on-ground import teams for:
• Clearing status
• Shipment tracking
• Claims handling
• Feedback reporting
• Resolve shipment discrepancies and manage supplier claims.
• 与当地进口团队协调以下事宜：
• 清关状态
• 货物跟踪
• 索赔处理
• 反馈报告
• 解决货物差异并管理供应商索赔。

Reorder Planning & Supply Strategy /

• 补货计划与供应策略
• Work with import teams to forecast demand while planning reorder cycles considering clearing timelines and port delays, and optimizing lead times and working capital efficiency.
• 与进口团队合作预测需求，同时规划补货周期，考虑清关时间和港口延误，并优化交货时间和营运资金效率。

Quality Control Oversight /

• 质量控制监督
• Supervise QC processes across China, India, and import destinations while establishing SOPs for inspection and compliance and ensuring product consistency across markets.
• 监督中国、印度和进口目的地的质量控制流程，同时制定检验和合规性标准操作规程，确保产品在不同市场的一致性。

Team Leadership/

• 团队领导力
• Lead the Dubai supply chain team while establishing KPIs and an accountability structure, and driving improvements in operational efficiency and reporting transparency.
• 领导迪拜供应链团队，同时建立关键绩效指标和问责制，并推动运营效率和报告透明度的提高。

Ideal Candidate Profile/

• 理想候选人画像
• 8+ years of international supply chain leadership experience / 8年以上国际供应链领导经验
• Experience managing cross-border sourcing (China mandatory; India preferred) / 具备跨境采购管理经验（中国采购经验是必需的；印度采购经验优先考虑）
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, documentation, and clearing processes / 精通国际航运、国际贸易术语解释通则、单证和清关流程。
• Experience managing QC teams / 具备管理质量控制团队的经验
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills / 较强的谈判和供应商管理能力
• **Language Proficiency: Mandarin (Mandatory), English (Fluent) / 语言能力：普通话（必备），英语（流利）**
• Strong ERP and order management system exposure / 丰富的ERP和订单管理系统经验
