Serve as the subject matter expert for CRM governance, ensuring data integrity while identifying trends, risks, and opportunities requiring leadership attention.

Evaluate pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and account planning processes, recommending improvements that enhance sales effectiveness and operational performance.

Establish, monitor, and continuously improve CRM standards, governance, and reporting practices across global sales organizations.

Analyze sales execution metrics and recommend operational improvements that strengthen forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue visibility.

Manage operational governance for strategic partner programs by evaluating engagement effectiveness, identifying performance trends, and recommending actions that strengthen partner relationships.

Influence stakeholders across global teams to drive adoption of standardized business processes and best practices.

Exercises independent judgment in evaluating business data, operational priorities, and partner performance.

Makes recommendations regarding sales processes, CRM governance, reporting methodologies, and business operations.

Prioritizes work independently while balancing competing business demands with minimal supervision.
