Qualifications

  • Education: A post-secondary degree in, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Technologist or equivalent.

Experience

  • Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in automated tooling and equipment design, development and testing. 2 or more years of demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role. Demonstrated understanding of the systems design process, mechanics/mechatronics, robotics, vision systems, machine controls, structured problem solving, DOE, common manufacturing principles, superior drafting skills, practical GD&T application, precision engineering principles is preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to lead and work as part of a multi-disciplinary project team is essential. Experience in radio-pharmaceuticals automation, structural engineering, pressure boundary design and GAMP/GMP is an asset. Why should you join ATS Industrial Automation?
