Global Logistics Specialist-MCL

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and four years of transportation-related experience required.
• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related business-discipline and two years of transportation-related experience is preferred.
• Additional Qualifications:
• At least five years of prior experience in business, customer service, human relations and/or accounting is preferred.
• Must have skills in systems analysis, planning, and negotiating.
• Experience with couriers or logistics systems is a plus.
• Above average human relations, customer service, and communication skills are necessary to deal with clients, couriers and vendors.
• Must be self-motivated, possess strong organizational and computer skills, work independent of direct supervision, and strive for excellence in serving our broad customer base.
• Computer skills and working with databases also needed, and Lawson experience is helpful.
