Global Lead (m/f/d) Quality Process

As Global Lead Quality Process, you will lead the harmonization, standardization and continuous improvement of global quality processes across dormakaba. Working across functions, regions and sites, you will establish clear, scalable and consistent ways of working that strengthen our global quality organization.

As a key interface between Quality, Operations and other business functions, you will ensure that quality requirements are effectively integrated into global business processes and transformation initiatives. You will contribute to our future operating model for Quality and drive sustainable, data-driven process excellence across the organization.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Quality, Engineering, Business or a related field

10+ years of experience in quality, including significant experience in process management, process ownership or leadership

Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO requirements

Proven experience in developing, implementing and continuously improving quality processes, policies and procedures

Experience with internal and external audits; experience with site certification is an advantage.

Experience working in international and cross-functional environments

Strong analytical, process-oriented and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience with ERP/SAP or digital quality solutions is an advantage

Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
