The position involves leadership across legal technology teams and coordination with the Legal Portfolio.
Strategy and delivery
- Define technical operations, standards, architecture, and direction for legal technology capabilities.
- Oversee legal platforms, vendor choices, delivery trade-offs, SDLC practices, and technology and AI quality metrics.
- Align programs with risk, compliance, commercial priorities, enterprise architecture, and firm-wide standards.
- Lead chapter leads and specialists across software engineering and AI, SaaS engineering, quality assurance, data, and L2 operations.
- Monitor emerging legal technology, agentic AI, and automation; coordinate stakeholders and resolve cross-team issues.
Candidate profile
- Deep technical legal technology expertise and experience guiding transformation are central to the role.
