Role Overview

Provide expertise and insights to case and proposal teams, and contribute knowledge assets, methodologies, software solutions, analysis and advisory.
Product management
- Co-own the roadmap, conduct user research and usability tests, and prioritize stakeholder requirements.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria, develop personas and prototype with AI design tools alongside UI/UX.
- Run Scrum ceremonies, clear engineering blockers, translate between business and technical stakeholders, and maintain product documentation and updates.
Product delivery
- Shape solutions to client and case-team problems and configure products for client programmes using BCG Transformation and PMI methodology.
- Manage MVP implementation plans as the day-to-day client contact, lead demos and training, and coordinate issue resolution with Engineering and Support.
- Convert case learnings into proprietary assets and roadmap input.
AI-native ways of working
- Maintain an AI harness and product knowledge base with context, personas, business rules, past decisions and connectors to Azure DevOps, Confluence and SharePoint.
- Create reusable AI skills such as story-writing, BRD-generation and release-notes tools, and maintain them as the product changes.
- Turn routine product-owner work into repeatable AI workflows and help design agentic workflows for multi-step tasks.
Candidate profile
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise or large-scale product efforts across product strategy, marketing, finance, engineering, support and executive stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to work with technical and commercial teams across the product lifecycle.
