Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive facilities management experience with demonstrated leadership experience
  • Technical or facilities certification strongly preferred, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical) would be an asset
  • Experience in managing Life Sciences / laboratory /pharmaceutical facilities and infrastructure would be an asset.
  • Experience with managing multiple vendors and capital projects
  • Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.)
