• About the Program
• Gersh is seeking motivated college students, passionate about the entertainment industry, to join our 2026 Fall Externship Program. The Gersh Externship is an exclusive and unique opportunity for a select group of students from across the nation to gain firsthand exposure to discover the world of an Agency and working at Gersh. This is a highly interactive and remote program over Zoom where you will learn from Gersh leadership, agents, and assistants across multiple disciplines which may include: Talent, Motion Picture & TV Literary, Digital, Below the Line, Theatre, Books, Voice, Film Finance, Global Branding and Conventions, Personal Appearances, Comedy, Alternative, and Sports.

• Program Highlights
• The externship is unpaid, as this is a strictly learning and networking opportunity.
• There is no cost for students to participate in this remote program.
• Students will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the program.

Student Requirements

• Must be an active student (undergrad preferred) attending a college/university in the United States.
• Interested in pursuing a career in entertainment and representation.
• Prior experience in media and entertainment.
• Industry internship experience preferred but not required.

• Interviews: Selected applicants will be invited to a First-Round Virtual Interview with a member of the Recruitment Team in mid-September. Finalists will be invited to a Second-Round Virtual Interview with the Recruitment Team in late September.
