Client Accounting Assistant, Digital

We are seeking a Client Accounting Assistant for the Digital department. This role will support our Digital agents while also floating across the department to fill in the gaps as needed on day-to-day matters. There is an amazing opportunity for growth with potential to become a Client Trust Accountant. Knowledge of accounting within the digital landscape (including creators, influencers, celebrities, athletes and personalities), is preferred.

Duties

Assist in creating and editing invoices.

Assist in processing payments including (making copies, scanning, mailing out checks and pay stubs, etc.).

Assist with conducting post-job check-ins with clients.

Maintain and update client files and start work documents (I9, W9, W4, etc.).

Assist with entering bookings and various tasks assigned by Agent Assistants as needed.

Maintain accurate financial records.

Learn the needs of the department and support where appropriate.

Miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.
