Senior GIS Engineer
- **8–10+ years of GIS experience on large infrastructure/municipal projects (Ashghal**
- **Strong expertise in ArcGIS (Pro, Enterprise, Online) and geospatial database management (Oracle/SQL)**
- **Experience in As-Built data handover and compliance with ADMS/AMS standards**
- **Proficient in spatial analysis, GIS mapping, and reporting**
- **Skilled in Python (ArcPy), automation tools, and Web GIS (JavaScript API)**
- **Experience with FME or similar tools for data validation and transformation**
- **Ability to integrate GIS with CAD (AutoCAD/Civil 3D), EAMS, PMIS**
- **Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and data management standards**
- **Capable of leading GIS workflows and mentoring teams**
- **Bachelor’s degree in relevant field + UPDA/MME eligibility required**
- **Valid QID**
