The Functional Analyst specializes in the technical and functional aspects of the Genesys Cloud platform.
The initial contract runs through July 2, 2027.
Role responsibilities
- Participate in designing, configuring, and implementing core contact center components, including call routing, IVR, NLU/NLP, and conversational AI bots.
- Define the target solution architecture and ensure proper integration with other systems.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements and automation opportunities within the Genesys Cloud ecosystem.
Requirement
- Reliability Status security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
