Mandate and role
12-month mandate for an experienced application solution architect specializing in artificial intelligence.
Integrate and harmonize AI and data architectures within a client’s Azure and Databricks ecosystem.
Work with business areas to understand needs and align robust, enterprise-wide AI solutions.
Location and work mode
- The role is based in Montréal and is hybrid, with three days of remote work.
Responsibilities
- Integrate existing AI and data architectures across Azure and Databricks.
- Design AI architectures using Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Data services.
- Integrate Azure and Databricks platforms, including Delta Lake, MLflow, and governance.
- Help business areas define and prioritize AI use cases.
- Advise on analytics, models, pipelines, and MLOps practices.
- Ensure deployed solutions are coherent, secure, performant, and scalable.
Required expertise
- Solid Azure AI/ML architecture and integration experience; proficiency with Azure ML, AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Databricks.
- Understanding of data science and advanced ML/DL models; knowledge of ArchiMate.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in solution architecture.
- French proficiency; executive-level communication and writing skills.
- Experience with multiple stakeholders, large-scale projects, and ambiguous work.
Tools and collaboration
- Knowledge of Delta Lake, MLflow, and Azure Data services.
- Experience with Casewise, Confluence, Power BI, and Office 365.
- Ability to explain, influence, and collaborate with IT and business teams.
