Overview
Provides general support to the sales department, performing a wide range of sales activities and tasks with varying degrees of complexity.
Works on Salesforce.com to support sales process accuracy, updates, and reporting.
Creates contract drafts and supports review of commercial terms, including financial terms and Incoterms.
Supports quotation and contract processes using Conga / Apttus CPQ tools.
Drives limited continuous improvement projects within one commercial unit.
Introduces new supporting process activities to improve efficiency and compliance.
Applies analytical skills to perform task-related analysis and support business decision-making.
Works closely with Commercial teams, including Sales, Product, and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure alignment and execution.
Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.
