✅ Valid DHA License/Eligibility Letter
✅ Relevant work experience in the healthcare industry
✅ Strong patient handling, education, and counseling skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong clinical knowledge and customer service orientation
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare customer service role (for Patient Care Executive position)
✅ Experience with the TrakCare system is preferred
