General Operative/Handyperson

What you will do

• Complete general maintenance and handyperson tasks across the site. Escort contractors around the establishment, following all relevant site and security requirements. Work alongside tradespeople to support the safe and efficient completion of maintenance activities. Help maintain a safe, clean and well-functioning environment. Respond positively to changing priorities and support wider facilities management duties as directed by the team manager. What you will bring Practical experience of DIY, general maintenance or basic building work. Good time-management and organisational skills. A proactive approach and willingness to learn new skills. The ability to work collaboratively with tradespeople, contractors and the wider site team. The ability to follow instructions, security procedures and safe working practices. Experience of working across a large or operationally complex site would be advantageous. We welcome applications from a diverse range of candidates.
