Maintain the hotel's physical safety and functionality while supporting memorable guest experiences through reliable maintenance work.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients and colleagues.
- Maintain a shift log book for occurrences during the assigned shift.
- Complete assigned preventive maintenance tasks and required documentation.
- Respond immediately to emergency calls involving leakage, fire, power, and similar issues.
- Implement instructions from the Assistant Director of Engineering or Duty Foreman.
- Assist with new equipment installation when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and protect surrounding areas during work.
- Perform other reasonable duties, multitask, and adapt to operational changes.
