Role Overview
Maintain the hotel’s physical safety and functionality while supporting positive guest experiences.
Work as a General Mechanic within the hotel team and respond to operational maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests from clients and colleagues.
- Maintain a shift log book for occurrences during the assigned shift.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks and required documentation.
- Respond immediately to emergency calls involving leakage, fire, power, and similar issues.
- Implement instructions from the Assistant Director of Engineering or Duty Foreman.
- Assist with installing new equipment when required.
- Keep work areas clean and protect surrounding areas while performing maintenance.
- Perform other reasonable assigned duties and multitask as needed.
- Adapt to changes in hotel, company, or industry requirements.

- Demonstrate hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency in daily work.
