General Manager Technical – Interior Design & Finishes

Overview

• Lead and manage the technical function for Interior Design and Finishes across multiple
• projects
• Oversee the full design development process from concept through execution, ensuring
• alignment with project requirements and client vision
• Ensure all ID drawings, specifications, and materials comply with Employer’s Requirements.
• brand standards, and overall project objectives
• Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize costs while maintaining design quality and

• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure
• seamless integration of design and execution
• Manage and secure approvals from authorities, including DM, DEWA, and Civil Defence.
• ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Review and approve mock-ups, material submissions, and finishing samples to maintain
• consistent quality across projects
• Provide technical guidance and solutions for complex design and construction challenges
• Monitor all ID and finished works to ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and
• company procedures
• Guide project teams on best practices in high-end finishes, detailing, and execution

• Support commercial teams with cost inputs, material selections, and alternative design
