- For a well-established company based in Sharjah, we are seeking a Manager for Strategy.
- The ideal person for this role would be a consultant or manager who has gone through a transition/transformation with a large company, like a family group.
- Should have:
- 12-15 years in a commercial leadership role in trading and or distribution
- Multi-country exposure
- Strong P & L ownership background
- Experience in scaling commercial teams
- Be a data-driven decision maker
- Have the ability to operate at strategic and execution levels
- The objective of this role is to own and drive revenue growth, market expansion and commercial performance in line with a 3 year strategy.
