- Manage and oversee the operations of the real estate division, ensuring smooth
- performance and business growth.
- Handle high-profile clients and luxury property transactions with professionalism and

- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals.
- Recruit, train, and manage mid-level and senior brokers to build a strong sales team.
- Set, monitor, and manage team targets, ensuring consistent performance and
- productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with UHNW clients, investors, and property
- owners.
- Lead property presentations, viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in the luxury
- real estate market.
- Prepare sales strategies, market plans, and performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Represent the company at networking events, property exhibitions, and industry
- gatherings.
- Maintain a premium, polished appearance suitable for high-end client interactions.
