Role and location

Role responsibilities

• Own end-to-end in-store omnichannel fulfilment, including pick, pack, dispatch, collection, uncollected orders, and returns.
• Build products and initiatives to improve in-store collection, reduce queue times, and raise satisfaction across omnichannel touchpoints.
• Identify weaknesses and inefficiencies in workflows, define solutions, and implement fixes promptly.
• Act as the in-store omnichannel subject matter expert, guiding stakeholders, technology decisions, and the product roadmap.
• Work with salesfloor colleagues and business, product, data, engineering, QA, and architecture teams to translate operational needs into product requirements.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer impact, colleague experience, and business value.
• Measure performance and validate improvements using vendor dashboards, Power BI, and raw data sources.

Experience and capabilities

• Requires 10+ years of retail experience across stores and central office.
• Requires a track record delivering technology-driven solutions through the product lifecycle, from concept to live deployment.
• Requires end-to-end product delivery, prioritization, and team accountability experience.
• Requires practical AI skills, including building prototypes and deploying agents; basic use of LLMs for queries or calendar organization is not sufficient.
• Requires data literacy across Power BI, vendor dashboards, raw data sources, and APIs, including understanding data structures and improving access, storage, and governance.
• Requires strong written and verbal communication and the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
• Requires collaborative leadership and the ability to align stakeholders across business and technical teams.
