is seeking a strategic
General Manager
based in
Jeddah, KSA
.
This role is designed for a visionary leader tasked with driving significant business expansion and executing turnarounds within the competitive KSA and GCC markets.
Core Responsibilities
- **Strategic Direction:**
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans to increase market share and long-term profitability.
- **Business Transformation:**
- Lead initiatives to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and revitalize underperforming business segments.
- **Financial Oversight:**
- Maintain full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, cost optimization, and capital allocation.
- **Operational Management:**
- Oversee retail, distribution, and supply chain functions to ensure seamless execution.
- **Market Expansion:**
- Lead aggressive growth strategies and identify new retail channels throughout the GCC.
- **Leadership & Liaison:**
- Mentor high-performing teams and serve as the primary advisor to the company owners.
Candidate Requirements
- **Experience:**
- 15+ years in senior leadership with a proven track record in turnaround and growth strategies.
- **Market Expertise:**
- Extensive knowledge of the GCC market, with a strong preference for direct work experience in KSA.
- **Languages:**
- Full professional proficiency in
Arabic and English (Bilingual)

- **Availability:**
- Ability to join immediately or within a maximum of 30 days.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
