Responsibilities
- Set business objectives and manage budgets.
- Monitor production performance and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams and establish operational policies.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance department heads.
- Evaluate market opportunities and drive process improvements.
- Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and people management, including team development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic planning and business management skills, including goal setting, budget management, and KPI tracking.
- Operations and manufacturing management experience; familiarity with production workflows and quality systems is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management, with problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental rules relevant to industrial manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous.
- Proficiency with office productivity and planning tools such as spreadsheets, presentations, and ERP systems.
- Plastics-sector or broader manufacturing experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Qesm 1st Shubra El Kheima and adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment.
