Overview
- Assist higher management in the overall execution and delivery of construction projects
- Prepare and review project plans, schedules, and specifications
- Provide input on design improvements, cost-saving measures, and construction challenges
- Monitor project budgeting in coordination with estimators and prepare the general conditions

- Set up site offices and manage equipment and resource requirements
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams while leading construction activities
- Expedite drawings, approvals, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor construction progress and update schedules every week
- Identify and communicate design discrepancies or issues to stakeholders
- Lead site meetings and resolve project-related concerns with all related stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Track inspections, testing, and approvals from authorities
- Control and monitor labour, material, and equipment costs
- Prepare monthly progress reports, billing, and invoicing
- Ensure preparation of as-built drawings and manage project close-out documentation
- Deliver projects within defined quality, cost, and timeline objectives
