Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced **General Manager – Construction (Oil & Gas)** to lead and oversee mega EPC construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale Oil & Gas projects, including **multi-billion USD project execution**, with strong expertise in construction, operations, procurement, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of large and mega Oil & Gas construction projects
- Manage overall project operations ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Oversee construction activities across multiple sites and disciplines
- Drive **business development**, including identification and acquisition of new projects
- Manage procurement strategy, vendor development, and high-value contract negotiations
- Provide strategic leadership to engineering, construction, project controls, and procurement teams
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor project financial performance, cost control, and profitability
- Manage client relationships and key stakeholder engagement at senior levels
- Implement risk management and corrective action strategies for project execution
Requirements
- Minimum **20 years of experience** in Oil & Gas construction projects
- At least **10 years in senior managerial / leadership positions**
- Proven experience managing **mega projects valued at** **USD 1 billion+ projects**
- Strong background in **construction execution and site management**
- Experience in **business development, operations management, and procurement** within EPC/Oil & Gas sector
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED60,000.00 per month
