Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for the General Manager of a Luxury Hotel & Residences in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel and residences, ensure exceptional guest and resident experiences, and lead a high-performing team to deliver world-class hospitality services.
Responsibilities
include strategic planning, financial oversight, maintaining luxury service standards, developing staff, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business success and maintain the brand's reputation of excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Experience in luxury hotel or residential property management, including operations, guest services, and facilities management
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and achieving revenue goals
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for stakeholder management
- Ability to implement and maintain high luxury service standards and ensure client satisfaction
- Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
- Knowledge of UAE’s hospitality market and cultural nuances is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
