Compensation

• The advertised salary is AED 4,000 to AED 10,000 per month, negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and develop staff while setting clear performance expectations.
• Create, organise, improve, and enforce SOPs across departments.
• Monitor performance, identify weaknesses, and implement improvements.
• Improve daily operations, workflows, systems, and internal processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and losses of time, money, or productivity.
• Coordinate departments toward shared goals and maintain company standards.
• Track tasks, deadlines, KPIs, and outstanding issues.
• Take ownership of problems and implement practical solutions.
