The Affiliate Manager will lead growth of the affiliate and partner channel, owning the pipeline from prospecting through activation and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard traders, educators, influencers, and comparison-site partners across Twitter/X, YouTube, and Discord.
- Manage affiliate relationships and support consistent output and campaign alignment.
- Track affiliate revenue, conversions, and ROI; optimize commission structures for volume and quality.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns with marketing and content teams.
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage affiliate agreements end to end.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve the affiliate offer.
- Maintain accurate affiliate CRM and pipeline records.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of affiliate marketing, partnerships, or influencer management experience; fintech, trading, or a related online product is preferred.
- Proven ability to build and manage affiliate pipelines that drive revenue.
- Able to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment with clear targets; strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understand conversion funnels, CPA/RevShare models, and affiliate performance data.
- Funded trading or prop firm familiarity is an advantage.
- Experience with outreach tools, affiliate platforms, or CRM systems is listed, with HubSpot, Post Affiliate Pro, and Tapfiliate as examples.
Compensation
- The posting lists pay of AED 4,000–6,500 per month.

- Work location is in person.
