- The opportunity
- As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind:
- Crafting a standout guest experience that turns first time visitors into lifelong fans.
- Owning the full P&L, delivering ambitious commercial results while nurturing a high performance culture.
- Championing Naumi’s brand in Dubai, building strong relationships with owners, corporate partners and the local community.
- Leading, mentoring and inspiring a diverse team to deliver consistently exceptional, personalised service.
- Steering all hotel operations, rooms, F&B, revenue, sales, finance and engineering – with an eye for detail and innovation.
- About you
- You are a commercially savvy hotel leader who loves shaking up “how it’s always been done” and creating something memorable.
- You will bring:
- Proven experience as a General Manager (or strong Hotel Manager/Cluster GM stepping up) in upscale lifestyle or boutique hotels.
- Deep understanding of the Dubai/Middle East hospitality market, including owner relations and local regulations.
- A track record of delivering strong GOP and revenue growth while protecting guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Inspirational people leadership – you coach, empower and hold your team to high standards.
- Comfort with systems, data and digital tools to make smart, fast decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence representing the hotel externally.
