We’re looking for an **F&B Director** who will play critical leadership role in driving the success of a hotel's dining operations.

This position is responsible for overseeing food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service and quality standards, maximizing revenue and profitability, and leading a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality to create memorable dining experiences while achieving business objectives.

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP & OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT** - Capability to develop and execute the overall F&B strategy while overseeing daily and long term operations of all outlets and kitchen functions with a focus on excellence, efficiency and alignment with hotel business objectives.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT & PROFITABILITY** -Capability to own the full F&B P&L and drive revenue growth while controlling costs through rigorous financial discipline and data driven decision making.

GUEST SERVICE EXCELLENCE -** Capability to elevate the overall guest experience across all F&B touchpoints through exceptional service standards and personalized attention.

TEAM LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT -** Capability to build, lead and develop a high performing F&B team that delivers consistent excellence and supports succession planning.

MENU, BEVERAGE & INNOVATION -** Capability to drive culinary and beverage innovation, including full responsibility for liquor license management and menu profitability.

EVENTS, COMPLIANCE & REGULATORY OVERSIGHT** - Capability to execute flawless events and maintain full regulatory compliance across the entire F&B division.
