About The Role
:We are looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the overall success and performance of our establishment.
This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial results, team engagement, and exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the business operates efficiently and achieves its commercial objectives

- esOversee the day-to-day operations of the establishment, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfactio
- n.Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performanc
- e.Manage budgets, costs, and operational efficiency while achieving financial target
- s.Lead, motivate, and develop team members, fostering a positive and high-performing work environmen
- t.Ensure exceptional guest experiences and professionally manage guest feedback and concern
- s.Support marketing, promotional, and business development initiatives to increase revenue and brand awarenes
- s.Monitor business performance and implement improvements to enhance operational and commercial result
- s.Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirement
- s.Build strong relationships with guests, employees, and key stakeholder
- s.Carry out any other duties required to support the successful operation of the busines

Qualificati
- onsMinimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager within an upscale, high-volume restaurant environme
- nt.Proven track record of managing restaurant profitability and operational performan
- ce.Experience leading large teams within fast-paced hospitality environmen
- ts.Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest experience manageme
- nt.Previous experience within lifestyle, premium dining, or award-winning restaurant concepts is highly desirab
- le.Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experience manageme
- nt.Advanced understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and cost contr
