Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee large-scale construction operations in Saudi Arabia.
The role involves strategic planning, project execution, team leadership, and business growth across infrastructure, oil & gas, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end construction operations across multiple projects
- Oversee large-scale infrastructure, oil & gas, and commercial developments
- Drive project delivery with a focus on quality, safety, cost, and timelines
- Manage senior project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Support business growth, strategic planning, and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Minimum **20+ years** of experience in construction management
- Strong experience in **infrastructure, oil & gas, and commercial projects**
- Proven leadership experience in senior or general management roles
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in the **Middle East / Saudi Arabia** is preferred
