Управляющий Семейным развлекательным центром (General Manager)
Peaksy — это новый захватывающий семейный проект в самом сердце Абу-Даби от российских инвесторов, соединяющий активити парк и семейный ресторан. Мы ищем харизматичного и опытного Управляющего, способного построить эффективную команду и сделать Peaksy лучшим местом для семейного отдыха в Абу Даби.
Обязанности :
·Оперативное управление процессами коммерческой, маркетинговой и финансовой деятельности ресторана и развлекательного комплекса
·Формирование эффективной команды парка, обучение и мотивация сотрудников на достижение успеха
·Обеспечение качественного сервиса и высоких стандартов обслуживания
·Управление бюджетом и оптимизация расходов
·Обеспечение безопасности и соблюдение технических стандартов парка, пожарной безопасности, стандартов безопасности в игровой зоне
·Контроль соблюдения законодательных норм и нормативно-правовых документов, регламентирующих деятельность парка, проверяющими и госорганами
·Взаимодействие с партнерами и контрагентами
Требования:
Опыт работы от 3-5 лет на аналогичной позиции
Управленческие навыки
Высшее образование
Способность работать с большим объемом информации в режиме многозадачности, стрессоустойчивость, высокие организаторские способности, проактивность
Знание русского и английского обязательно Знание арабского будет преимуществом
Возраст: от 35 лет
