Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for the location, ensuring alignment with Golf Saudi's vision, values, and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and performance management of all staff.
  • Lead and coach the leadership team, including the Deputy General Manager, to maintain operational excellence.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all location operations, including golf programs, events, facility management, and guest services.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, manage P&L, and drive profitability.
  • Maintain high service standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures in line with Golf Saudi standards.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Foster community engagement and support local marketing efforts to promote the brand.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of management experience in hospitality, golf, or related sectors, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and delivering business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High energy, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and navigate stairs.
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
