Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and organizational performance; develop and implement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and manage teams across departments; monitor business performance, operational KPIs, and financial results.
- Manage budgets and costs, improve profitability, and identify new business opportunities to support growth.
- Build relationships with clients, suppliers, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Evaluate processes and implement continuous improvement; ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare management reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in general management, business operations, or senior leadership.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, financial management, and budgeting capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple departments and competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
