Work across departments to identify opportunities, solve problems, and deliver measurable performance improvements.
Business excellence and process improvement
- Develop and implement business excellence strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend practical improvement initiatives.
- Establish performance standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Review workflows, identify efficiency opportunities, lead improvement projects, and support cross-department standardization.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and process documentation.
Performance, transformation, and governance
- Establish and track KPIs to evaluate business performance; analyze operational data and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
- Present performance insights and improvement plans to senior management.
- Collaborate across functions on business transformation projects, applying Lean, Six Sigma, or related frameworks.
- Monitor project outcomes and ensure improvements deliver measurable value.
- Support risk management, internal controls, and operational governance.
- Promote accountability, quality standards, and consistent business practices; identify automation and business-systems opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business excellence, operational excellence, process improvement, or business transformation.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with KPI management, performance reporting, and process optimization.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or quality management frameworks is advantageous.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence teams across departments.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
