General Foreman – Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate multiple work crews and foremen on-site.
- Plan daily work activities and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage manpower, equipment, tools, and material utilization.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to supervisors and workers.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure productivity targets and project objectives are achieved.
- Conduct inspections and support workforce training and development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Education
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience
- construction company: 5 years (Preferred)
