Commercial & Estimation Manager
Responsible for managing all commercial and estimation activities, including preparing accurate cost estimates, handling tenders, and ensuring project profitability. Oversees contract administration, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Collaborates with project, engineering, and procurement teams to support successful project delivery, while managing risks, claims, and client negotiations.
