We are looking for a dynamic professional who can handle both
clinical responsibilities and clinic operations

This role is ideal for a dentist who is confident not only in treatment delivery but also in
patient conversion, communication, and clinic growth
.
Clinical Duties
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions
- Perform general procedures:
- Fillings, extractions, scaling & polishing
- Root canal treatments
- Crowns, bridges, and basic prosthetics
- Prepare and explain treatment plans clearly to patients
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and sterilization protocols
Administrative & Business Duties
- Manage patient appointments and front desk coordination
- Handle patient inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Convert consultations into confirmed treatments (sales-focused role)
- Maintain patient records and billing
- Drive clinic revenue and patient retention
- Coordinate with lab and suppliers
- Oversee daily clinic operations and reporting
• DHA License / Eligibility Letter (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2+ years experience (UAE preferred)
- Strong communication & sales/conversion skills
- Ability to independently manage clinic operations
- Confident, presentable, and patient-focused
- Arabic speaking is a plus
Compensation
- Commission-based (Clinical + Revenue performance linked)
- High earning potential for strong performers
- No fixed salary
