Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Admin & Accountant** to manage financial records, support administrative tasks, and ensure smooth office operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled in accounting and office management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports
- Handle invoicing, billing, and petty cash
- Assist with payroll and bank reconciliations
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting or finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners preferred
